I have been a full-time artist for 25 years working in oils and chalk pastels. The paintings
have been done on location in Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, and the Gatineau Hills of Québec.
Born in Halifax, I have spent every summer since 1970 painting in the Atlantic provinces while my husband worked there as a geologist. Living in the Ottawa area gave me the opportunity to paint the Canadian shield.
